Capt. Zaheer Patel is a Master Mariner with over 14 years of global sailing experience and a passion for shaping the future of maritime through knowledge-sharing. As Lead Writer at NavInsider, he blends real-life sea stories with practical insights on safety, navigation, and innovation. Holding an MBA in Shipping & Logistics and an MSc in Sustainable Maritime Operations, Capt. Zaheer now writes to inform, inspire, and guide the next generation of seafarers.
